Description: As a Cottage Shop Resale Shop Associate, you will play an integral part in the daily operations of our resale shop. You will work alongside a passionate team to create a welcoming and thriving retail environment while supporting the overall goals of the Women's Home Organization.
Responsibilities:

Create a warm, friendly, and positive shop atmosphere and shopping experience that satisfies the needs of customers, donors, and volunteers.

Work with the shop manager and staff to support the daily operations to increase sales revenue.

Work with clients of TWH, provide training skills and guidance throughout their shift with a positive and empathetic approach.

Operate the register (POS) system Point of Sale system.

Sort, price, replenish and merchandise items on sales floor.

Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the shop.

Assist customers with unloading donations out of vehicles, including furniture.

Must be able and willing to cross train in other all areas of the shop.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education (GED)

Personal computer skills and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems

One to two years customer service experience and training preferred.

Ability to work Monday through Saturday

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
