Pay range: $20.00 to $26.00 Per Hour The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.

What’s the role?
The legal assistant/Billing Clerk will assist with essential processing and administrative tasks. You’ll form part of a team with a friendly but fast-paced environment.
This is a full time non-exempt role in which you’ll report to the Managing Attorney. You must be willing to work at the Los Angeles Corporate office.
Qualifications
What you’ll do as a Legal Assistant/Billing Clerk?
- Collection of daily Excel spreadsheets from lawyers to input into the billing software
- Receive telephone calls
- Open files
- File legal pleadings
- Litigation Calendar input
Qualifications
What we look for in our Legal Assistant/Billing Clerk?
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Law firm experience is preferred but not required.
