Easterseals MORC is in search of a Clubhouse Generalist to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. As our Clubhouse Generalist, you'll engage and motivate the members during the work-order day by working side-by-side on job tasks throughout the day in your assigned unit or covering unit. While your day to day responsibiliities will vary, you'll have the opportunity to call and check in with members that haven't been attending the Clubhouse and to see what the Clubhouse can do to help out the members, you'll keep in close contact with members and case managers to ensure they have the tools to be successful, and you'll serve as a placement manager for Clubhouse Transitional Employment Program in the community.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must be a professional staff, licensed, certified or registered by the State of Michigan or a national organization to provide healthcare services. Or must operate under the supervision of a professional staff, licensed, certified or registered by the State of Michigan or a national organization to provide healthcare services (QMHP).
- Possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license
- Clubhouse experience preferred
- Must have the ability to work others at the Clubhouse (Staff and Members)
- Must possess a knowledge and understanding of co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use).
