Primary Job Functions:
- Use product knowledge to direct customers to merchandise and increase store sales
- Provide outstanding customer service in-person and over the phone
- Operate a cash register, manage financial transactions
- Help maintain sales floor stock and cleanliness
- Some inventory management
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience (Bike industry experience preferred, but not required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Occasional weekend availability
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
