Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Collections Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Collections Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to identify and address delinquent accounts.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Collections Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using collection software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
