Position Summary: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves answering phone calls, performing various administrative tasks, and learning the intricacies of working in a title company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet clients and visitors and provide them with a welcoming experience.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Learn and assist with title company-specific tasks, including processing and preparing documents for real estate transactions.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Friendly and positive attitude with a customer service orientation.
