Growing Fort Myers law firm is seeking an experienced estate planning assistant. The firm has a very active estate planning practice, and the position requires the candidate to have a minimum of one-year relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will assist the attorney in drafting documents, legal and general correspondence including the following: wills, powers of attorney, living wills, health care advance directives, trusts, beneficiary designations, and deeds. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, as well as excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate will have direct client contact and manage the attorney’s calendar.
