Receptionist
Job Summary:
Join our innovative educational institution that utilizes a mentor-apprenticeship approach to teaching. We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently using our phone systems
- Assist with project coordination tasks as needed
- Support calendar management for appointments and meetings
- Handle order entry tasks accurately
- Special Projects as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency required. Proficient in using computer systems and
software applications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail required
As a Virtual Receptionist, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, call-backs and data importing/exporting. For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Teams and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and high level of computer proficiency.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and work well with minimum supervision.
Previous receptionist or Administrative experience a plus.
Full time remote position, $17/hr to start.
