Troy’s Painting is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a fantastic chance to support our team across various projects while providing essential administrative assistance in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Duties Include:
· Screen and forward incoming phone calls, voicemails and e-mails to appropriate parties
· Allocate all vendor invoices & employee hours to specific jobs for job costing
· Data entering
· Administer, organize, and maintain project files—hard copies & electronically
· Collect and distribute mail
· Purchase and maintain office supplies
· Process New Hires and Terminations
· Assist with additional administrative tasks
Requirements
· Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize workload
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivated; Knows there is always work to be done
· Bilingual Spanish speaker (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
