```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities ,mental illnesses, or those with physical disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary
- Implement and follow individualized care plans
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Assist with case management and coordination of services
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, or physical disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations governing direct care services
- Basic understanding of case management principles
- First aid certification preferred
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
-Complete proper documentation daily
