Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a bilingual capacity
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with translation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to support office efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus
- Familiarity with office software such as Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with clerical duties including data entry and proofreading
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective call handling
