Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Provide outstanding customer service via inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
