Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and client relations to ensure a positive experience for every customer and their furry companions.
- Manage scheduling of dog grooming appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting client preferences.
- Greet and check dogs in and out of the spa, maintaining accurate records of services provided.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both clients and their furry friends.
- Assist the grooming team with miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth operations and a thriving work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with recurring clientele, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Previous experience working at the front desk in a grooming salon or similar scheduling environment preferred.
- Knowledge of dogs or grooming practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a positive and supportive environment.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Reliability and dependability to consistently fulfill job duties and commitments.
- Experience working in a front desk or office setting.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications.
- Strong project coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of event planning processes.
- Familiarity with general office procedures.
- Ability to assist in personal assistant duties.
- Proficient in transcribing information accurately.
- Skilled in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with phone systems for handling calls efficiently
