Position: VP Digital Sales
Razor Rank seeks a dynamic VP of Digital Sales to join our team and help us transform our company from a digital agency that offers SEO and PPC services, to a performance marketing company that provides comprehensive multi-channel marketing support to mid-market clients seeking to expand their reach and drive more revenue.
This is an important sales leadership role; you will have a seat at the table and become one of the decision makers that shapes innovation at Razor Rank.

Hybrid preferred, Dallas, TX location.
We will consider fully remote for the right person.
Razor Rank has an 8-year track record of providing full service digital agency services to big brands and SMBs. We are expanding our product offerings into omni-channel marketing, with full support and implementation, along with a unique, proprietary software system that allows our clients to significantly outperform their competitors on digital advertising platforms.

Ability to build a team: you are an excellent player-coach who has the ability manage process, inspire sales, make plays and train others.
Responsibilities Include:
· Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate new business and assist in driving growth
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
· Creation and development of outreach campaigns to targeted verticals.
· Campaign development in Salesforce and email marketing.
· Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, gifting and video meetings.
· Interacting with prospects in addressing marketing goals and objectives.
· Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
· Delivering proposals and explaining our service offerings to prospective clients
· Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all lead gen activities
· Smoothly transition clients from sales to fulfillment after a receiving signed agreement
· Assisting existing client accounts with cross selling opportunities.
· Enhancing sales presentations to improve close rates.
· Developing strategies to expand, hire and train new sales team members
Requirements:
· BS/BA in Sales/Marketing or related field
· Must have 3-5 years of sales experience with a deep understanding of digital marketing
· Self-starter mindset. You’ll have target KPIs to hit and compensated with a base + commission
· CRM experience for lead management and follow-up, Salesforce experience is a bonus
· Professional personal communication skills
· Excellent email and written communication skills
· Phenomenal attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
