Respiratory Sales Specialist/DME Marketing Representative

If you enjoy working in role dedicated to helping others and making a difference, we’d love for you to come and join the You Can Home Medical team as one of our Respiratory Sales Specialist/DME Marketing Representatives. In this position, you will be responsible for driving traffic to our retail stores and generating business to business sales. This position will employ various sales-driving strategies in an assigned territory. To us, nothing feels better than being able to improve the lives of our customer by finding the best solutions available.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday
What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Direct selling to consumer and businesses, including cold-calling businesses, such as post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care facilities, hospitals, senior communities, specialty physician groups, home health, placement agencies, and assisted living group homes.
- Strong background and knowledge of Respiratory products and therapy.
- Have a strong knowledge base of Durable Medical Equipment including but not limited to Sleep Apnea and PAP therapy, Portable and Home Oxygen, Reclining Lift Chairs, Scooters and Power Chairs, Bathroom Safety, Grab Bar Installation, Compression, Hospital Beds, Patient Lifts, Wound Care, Incontinence, and Urological products.
- Presenting You Can Home Medical Supplies value added products and services to healthcare partners and community events.
- Develop and strengthen meaningful B2B and B2C relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotes, including complex rehab products and have a high rate of closing rate
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory-be proud of the You Can Home Medical Supplies brand.
- Attend industry networking events and interact on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) while representing You Can Home Medical Supplies in a positive way.
- Drive referrals to retail location to increase customer loyalty.
Education Required:
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist is a big plus
- College degree preferred
- Durable Medical Equipment experience highly preferred but not required
- Qualifications Needed:
- Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue goals
- Experience with respiratory products and therapy is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and share information with a diverse group of customers and peers
- Ability to identify customer needs
- A resourceful self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Works well independently, as well as part of a team
- Be a cooperative team member with a positive attitude
- Ability to respond to customer questions and concerns with a friendly, committed attitude
- Must be detailed oriented
- Able to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $57,500.00 - $68,500.00 per year
