Your After School is looking for a content creator to support our marketing initiatives. The content creator will be responsible for social media, digital content, creating newsletters for families, and more.
Responsibilities
- Promote company offerings to reach new audiences
- Support Marketing by managing and maintaining the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Create video tutorials for lessons (production & execution)
- Managing class descriptions on both our website and digital content for customers
- Support Customer Service by writing the school’s newsletter, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and aligned with the school’s values and objectives.
- Proofread and edit all documents, marketing materials, and communications before they are sent out to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the company’s style guide.
- Ensure all content is free of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Skills and qualifications
- Outstanding social media and video production skills
- Ability to work effectively without oversight
- Strong skills in both written and digital communication
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High degree of computer literacy
Preferred qualifications
- Significant experience creating high-quality content (Writing samples required)
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Canvas
- Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
