AZ MANAGEMENT, with 6 properties in Lakewood and Cleveland, is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team.
The position requires the ability to prepare turnover suites for new residents moving in, complete service requests for current residents, and work with the Maintenance Supervisor on other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

- Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Periodically be On-Call in a rotation
