BioLegend (a division of Revvity, Inc.) is seeking a Product Data Entry Associate. The Product Data Entry Associate will ensure that product information is entered completely and accurately into BioLegend’s ERP system. With this information, they will create item/catalog numbers and input pertinent product information on our CMS/eCommerce website platform. Additionally, this person will help maintain existing product records and information across all platforms, as well as perform supervisor-assigned data cleanup initiatives.

Assign item/catalog numbers

Entry, and maintenance of, product information in ERP system/databases and CMS/eCommerce platforms

Competitive pricing research

Product release and discontinuation

Data cleanup and process improvement initiatives

Cross-departmental coordination

Coordination of QA processes and documentation (ie: change controls and non-conformances)

Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any major

1 year of database entry or management experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

2+ years of database entry or management

Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology

Microsoft Excel, ERP, CMS, eCommerce

Attention to detail, works well in a team environment, good communication
The base salary range for this full-time position is $24-$25.77/hour This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
