Jackson Park Hospital is looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator with at least five years of Hospital experience. Exceptional knowledge in employee benefits is required.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain the control system that tracks all required documents not limited to contracts, primary source verification licenses, drug screens, health physicals, lab work, certifications and Hospital orientation.
- Serves as a source of advice and assistance on all Human Resources matters.
- Manages Jackson Park Hospital Employee Benefits.
- Tracks and maintains FMLA leaves of all hospital employees.
- Explains, handles and track COBRA conversions.
- Participates in administrative projects as directed.
- Tracks, monitors and prepares documentation for RN Bonuses.
- Assist in Union resolution matters.
- Assist in employee terminations and investigations
- Serves as a permanent member of the orientation program team to foster a positive attitude toward Hospital goals and promote excellent customer service.
- Orders drug screens and laboratory tests on students and residents.
- Enters post employment data for every new hired employees.
- Responds to employment verification inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources
- 5 years of Hospital experience as a H.R. Coordinator
