LPN/RN DAY SHIFT Starting Pay $24/hr
We are wanting amazing nurses to join our team! We are a 50 bed ICF/IID in Fort Smith, Arkansas providing care for those with developmental disabilities between 2 and 51 years of age.

6) Our nurses’ typical work schedule is work three twelve-hour shifts, and get paid for forty hours (or, work our weekend shift which is two sixteen-hour shifts, and get paid for thirty-six hours).

· Brownwood nurses are assigned no more than 26 clients per nurse.
Different Duties Apply: Treatment Nurse, Floor Nurse, Medication cart and feeding.

General Responsibilities:
· Administers medications/performs treatments as prescribed by the physician
· Administer enteral feedings to clients as ordered by the physician
· Ability to work with limited supervision and to make decisions based on established policies and procedures
· Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional working relationship with the clients and their families, supervisors, co-workers, physicians, and visitors
· Documentation of clients’ health status in medical record
. Is responsible for providing the highest quality of care to clients possible.

A successful candidate for this position is a caring and empathetic personality, has the ability to lift and assist clients for their personal needs, has great interpersonal and communication skills, and is organized.
Qualifications:
· Current license to practice as LPN or RN in the state of Arkansas
· Current CPR certification'
