Our Sales & Catering Coordinator will support the Sales & Catering Department and Manager in optimizing revenue and bookings.
Answer phone calls coming to sales office and assist front desk with phone calls during peak times
Receive, correspond and create emails to potential and existing group clients, as well as other internal departments
Respond to client requests for information about Shawnee Lodge, conference space, lodge rooms, activities, and all other guest and group related details
Responsible for group reservations in the property management system
Responsible for maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management platform
Conduct site tours for both scheduled and walk-in potential and existing clients
Create and distribute internal and external documents related to group business
Attend sales, revenue and marketing meetings as directed by Sales Manager
Maintain an outstanding working relationship with other departments, employees, and guests.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Oversee or assist with other assignments and special projects as needed to continually improve operations and overall revenues
