We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Rep to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist members with account management and troubleshooting
Process member requests and transactions accurately
Provide product and service information to members
Resolve member complaints and issues promptly
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
