You will conduct customer care calls to maintain a strong relationship with EGYM customers and therefore increasing customer satisfaction and reducing churn
You will use your product knowledge to actively upsell and cross sell EGYM’s products and services to expand the existing customer’s EGYM footprint within their portfolio
You will conduct Customer Lifetime Value tracking and reporting
You will provide predictive analysis of EGYM’s customers by managing and reporting on customer health and adoption.
You will collect, enter and update all customer data and information within EGYM’s software tool suite
You have 1+ years of relevant working experience (telecommunication sales and customer service experience is a plus)
You are an outgoing professional who communicates well over the phone and via email
You are a self-starter who is easily adaptable in new situations and enjoys learning quickly
You possess strong computer systems knowledge (experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Tableau are a plus)
You are a collaborative professional, excited to work cross-functionally with our internal Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams
You love working with people and building valuable relationships inside and outside of your organization
You have demonstrated strong attention to detail, excellent time management as well as strong communication and organizational skills in your previous roles
You will earn an annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000 plus variable compensation (this position is bonus eligible)
