An innovative AgTech company is seeking a passionate, Integration Engineer to join their US team & help build a world-leading brand in autonomous technology and cutting-edge farming.
The ideal candidate has experience in electro-mechanical system integration and strong knowledge and experience in robotics / automotive technologies and practices.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
This position plays a significant role in the engineering team in Reedley CA
- Hands-on integration of autonomous kit on a tractor consisting of mechanical and electrical components.
- Review, identify, and provide feedback on performance, design simplicity, robustness, assembly, and installation.
- Suggest and develop solutions for product improvements and commercialization.
- Communicate with all stakeholders in the integration process, design, production, installation, and maintenance.
- Organize and prepare upcoming work, including components, instructions, and tooling.
- Actively create and interpret electrical drawings, harnesses design, and manufacturing documentation.
- Conduct detailed testing and validation of installed components to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, working closely with development and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for tractors, agriculture machinery, and autonomous vehicles.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- An associate degree in one of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum experience of 6 years in electro-mechanical system integration.
- Strong knowledge and experience in robotics / automotive technologies and practices.
- 5+ years of design experience using CAD – SOLID with PDM
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting electrical drawings, harnesses design, and manufacturing documents.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies and testing.
- Ability to analyze system constraints and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proven ability to effectively interact and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
- Ability to lead and manage End-to-End internal projects.

- Design experience in FEA, PCB, and wiring harnesses software.
- Knowledgeable in mechatronics, prototyping, dynamics, material selection, testing methods, everyday machining, and fabrication processes.
- Experience with API communication and integration in the context of tractors, and agriculture machinery mainly focusing on safety aspects.
- Experience in Agriculture, Tractors, and Implements.
- Experience in smart AG implements.
- CAN bus and ISO bus proficiencies.
- Experience in creating product development schedules.
- Experience in project management and work with subcontractors.
Additional Requirements
- Occasionally visit customers’ farms to conduct equipment surveys and system reviews for new designs and troubleshoot and problem-solve existing designs.
- Ability to do some physical work in the shop – modeling, adjustments, and installations.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
