Title: Testing Coordinator & Special Projects Reports to: CAO

Position Summary
The Testing Coordinator & Special Projects role will conduct long-range planning for the organization's facilities and services, implementing solutions and projects as approved.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison with executives, departments heads, and board members, to ensure that organizational goals are met.
- Drafts schedules for implementation of long-range plans and proposals.
- Monitors project progress, drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Support Principals in the administration of all assessments, including but not limited to, State and District assessments.
- Serve as liaison between schools and the district testing department.
- Attend all Testing Coordinator District meetings.
- Develop and implement all testing schedules at the building level for all locations, pursuant to state and district requirements.
- Work with the District Technology Department to facilitate necessary support and protocols for Computer Based Testing (CBT).
- Maintain a high level of security for all testing documents, both state and district.
- Train all school based test administrators and proctors for all assessments.
- Complete all required documentation for state and district testing.
- Communicate with district curriculum coordinators regarding district semester and final exams.
- Manage customer behavior through a positive behavior system.
- Facilitate and report on committee meeting activities.
- Prepare for and participate in Retention Check In (RCI) reviews and other state sponsored audits, as requested.
- Support recruitment, marketing, building community relationships, and retention.
- Participate in school meetings to gain an understanding of school programs and services.
- Support schools by attending community service and outreach activities throughout the year.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Support staff and customers in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
- Support schools Mission by assisting with home visits.
- Conduct annual review and propose appropriate updates to the Special Projects & Testing Coordinator Reference & Procedures Manual.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
General Duties
- Support WOT by attending community service and outreach activities throughout the year
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Prepare reports, memos, and letters, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Serve as courier on demand for deadline driven documents and central office deliverables
- Facilitate errands as needed for central office.
- Attend staff and faculty meetings (other meetings as required)
- Conducts customer home visits to ensure the voice of the customer can be heard throughout the transportation and facility logistical processes.
- Assists campus based staff with and verifies data pulls and reports.
- Schedules and oversees campus based administration with data chats.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid Florida Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years classroom teaching experience
- Knowledge of basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Pages, Excel, Access)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance
- Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance

Working Conditions
Environment requires working indoors or remotely in an environmentally controlled office setting. Requires traveling to campuses ongoingly. This is a 12 month exempt position.
This position may require travel within and outside of the US (i.e., internationally).
Physical Requirements
Generally the job requires 40% sitting, 20% walking and 40% standing. Hearing and speaking to exchange information; seeing to read, prepare, and proofread documents; sitting for extended periods of time; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate office equipment; kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally, to retrieve and store files and supplies; lifting light objects no more than 100 lbs.
