Job Duties and Responsibilities

Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials for our business.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best pricing and terms.

Process purchase orders and keep management informed of order statuses.

Update and manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock levels.

Arrange transportation of goods and track orders for timely delivery.

Analyze market trends and make informed buying decisions.

Collaborate with inventory teams and management to forecast business needs.

Assess the quality of received stock and address discrepancies with suppliers and management.

Execute special projects for key stakeholders, including NetSuite development and implementation.

Track costs on part numbers and optimize cost-efficiency in procurement.

Research and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data.
Experience and Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business management).

Relevant experience in procurement and supply management is preferred.

Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is a plus.
