Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control & Site Management:
- Oversee and ensure the highest standards of job site quality.
- Actively participate in project planning and execution.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to maintain excellence.
- Evaluate customer requests for feasibility and optimal timing.
- Lead in executing landscaping tasks like pruning, weed control, etc.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Direct and support our dedicated crew, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and safety practices.
- Efficiently allocate daily tasks, maximizing team performance.
- Client Engagement & Communication:
- Proactively engage with clients, addressing queries and providing site updates.
- Offer expert recommendations for landscape improvements and enhancements.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Ensure timely completion of essential paperwork, including accident reports and vehicle logs.
- Conduct regular equipment inventories and prepare crews for upcoming tasks.
- Sales & Customer Relationship Building:
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and engage potential new customers.
- Contribute to estimating and cost analysis, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Equipment Management:
- Oversee routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep our tools in top condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of our fleet.
Requirements:
- Valid NC Driver's License.
- Solid understanding of plants and irrigation systems.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using standard landscaping equipment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for landscaping.
