**Job Title:** Therapist
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals, including adults, children and families, utilizing a variety of techniques and therapeutic modalities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
- Collaborate with other providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care plans.
- Stay updated on best practices in therapy, including ICD-9 coding standards.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience working with children, familiin a therapeutic setting.
- Familiarity with PTSD care and trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong background in case management and data collection.
- Proficiency in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
- Knowledge of special education practices and collaboration with educators.
- Experience in conducting psychotherapy sessions using various modalities.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensure as a Therapist or eligibility for licensure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their well-being.
