Our patient exam rooms are equipped with large television screens to enable patient teaching at the next level. In addition, our EMR system has been enabled with AI capabilities, aiding in better documentation of the important conversations that are happening in the exam rooms. As a Provider with Sunstate Doctors, you can look forward to building your patient base in a growing community while providing your patients with care focused on quality and better clinical outcomes.
What can I expect being a Provider at Sunstate Doctors?
As a Sunstate Doctors Provider, you will obtain a competitive base salary with easily achievable bonus incentives. We also cover your malpractice insurance, offer vacation time, continuing education, licensing fees and health insurance benefits. You would work alongside three board certified family medicine physicians and a nurse practitioner experienced in our value-based care model, that is leading the way in how managed care can be a benefit not only to your patients, but also to your work life balance.
Guaranteed base salary + 15% base salary annual-quality incentives achieved by meeting performance metrics, total compensation up to $300,000

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Licensed in State of Florida
- Completed residency training in the United States
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- 100% Outpatient setting only, Primary Care
- No Hospital Rounding
- Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
- Excellent work ethics and impeccable integrity
- Experience managing Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage Plan patient setting with understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care/value based on environment is preferred but not required.
- Becoming familiar with Value Based Care Model (HEDIS, MRA, MIPS)
