Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Position Summary: The General Manager of Outlets will be leading all assigned food & beverage outlets that currently include Craft Burgers, Prop’s Pizza, That’s A Wrap!, Sandhill Provisions, Ebb & Flow Bar & Restaurant, Barbara Ann’s Beachside Bar, in addition to Bayside service, Evermore to your Door, golf hospitality carts, portable beverage carts and food trucks. This individual will ensure high standards of food & beverage quality and service while maximizing profits. The General Manager of Outlets will be responsible for designing and implementing standard operating procedures, establishing training procedures and processes, maintaining strong expense controls and financial management, overseeing internal controls and audits, and oversight of state & county inspections and licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in the assigned indoor and outdoor outlets.
● Help to develop all training programs and SOP’s for all venues.
● Help to execute all training programs with venue managers for all staff pre-opening.
● Plan department organizational structure, FTE demands per outlet, recruitment, and training.
● Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all F&B outlets.
● Organize and oversee the opening of multiple venues with a planned coordinated opening.
● Oversee all operational, financial, and developmental training for all staff.
● Prepare pre-opening and opening strategy plans, including restaurant equipment demands & ordering.
● Conduct scheduled inventory for food & alcohol and retail supplies. Work with resort purchasing manager as applicable.
● Provide market analysis & consumer trends reports to monitor the competitive environment and ensure proper positioning of venue pricing.
● Develop and enforce cash handling, credit cards, house accounts, and other internal billing policies with the accounting department.
● Implement F&B operating software, interface accounting programs and other resort computer programs.
● Prepare various tracking reports to track operating and financials pulse for daily, monthly, and annual performances. Investigate and resolve internal and customer concerns immediately by involving only those necessary to achieve positive results for the resort and customer.
● Hold staff accountable for maintaining service standards.
● Create a departmental recognition program for delivering great service to our guests.
● Identify secret shopper program to solicit feedback on random shops. Monitor and social media and assist in deploying social media strategies as applicable.
● Monitor guest feedback scores/comments and address accordingly. Positively and proactively collaborate with other department leaders to ensure we meet the organization's goal and successful resort opening.
● Attend and conduct meetings as required both within the department and within the property’s organizational structure.
● Promote and practice Evermore’s culture and establish a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure the resort’s brand is not compromised.
● Respond to any reasonable task assigned by upper management or ownership.
Education, Skills and Experience
● Four-year college degree or equivalent Food & Beverage outlets management experience.
● 6 years of hospitality experience, customer service focus, with pre-opening experience.
● Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
● Excellent management and supervisory skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proven organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
● Able to read and understand financials and budgets with a high level of understanding of key industry KPI’s and drivers.
● Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

● Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment.
● Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines.
● Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
● Proficient in Google Business & Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
● Proficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.).
● Must stay current with resort operations and food & beverage trends.
Physical Requirements
● Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
● Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach.
● Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
