Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, which must be in good standing
- CPR certified
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Long-term care clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse at Holton Manor:
- Assessing and evaluating patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Assisting with patient rehabilitation and recovery
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Position Qualifications of a Registered Nurse at Holton Manor:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
