Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines
- Conduct data entry, transcribe notes, and maintain accurate records
- Provide customer service support to clients and visitors
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in fields such as dental receptionist, medical office, or real estate administrative is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
