Job Summary
Responsibilities include overseeing the service experience for customers as well as ensuring effective and efficient operations of the field technicians. Develop, run and analyze reports as necessary and make operational adjustments as necessary.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Direct and monitor operations of staff to ensure quality services to customers in a timely manner.
2. Provide continuing, up-to-date training of field technicians by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
3. Provide continuous feedback and coaching to field technicians to ensure continuous improvement. Conduct and document performance reviews.
4. Monitor, analyze and increase sales and close rates by implementing, teaching and ensuring compliance with sales practices.
5. Recruit, interview and recommend for hire field technicians as needed to ensure a fully staffed location.
6. Conduct onboarding and training of new field technicians.
7. Monitor and review work schedules, customer letters/comments, field technician productivity and quality standards.
8. Work with management to develop revenue objectives for the branch and work with staff to ensure objectives are met within operational budgets.
9. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner and maximize customer retention.
10. Set an excellent management example by always being a team player and creating a safe and enjoyable work environment.
11. Monitor and maintain sufficient inventory of needed equipment, supplies and products.
12. Ensure a safe work environment for facilities and provide training to staff on safety and proper PPE usage.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
