Abcor Home Health Inc. is growing and hiring a part-time Field Recruiter to join our team!
This role involves increasing awareness of Abcor Home Health's services within the Chicago community and onboarding caregivers. The position includes a bonus structure in addition to the base hourly rate for successfully onboarding Community Care Program caregivers on a monthly basis. The Recruiter supports the alignment of department and company goals by attracting top talent and ensuring an excellent applicant experience. This position is crucial for staffing and building a talent pipeline that supports our business growth.

Job Duties:
- Act as a primary point of contact for potential caregivers, providing information about Abcor Home Health's services and benefits.
- Source and filter applicants from the local Chicago community and various community resources.
- Make onboarding recommendations to Hiring Coordinators.
- Follow up on applicant leads in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality applicants.
- Represent Abcor Home Health at job fairs, career events, and other community events.
- Collaborate with management to ensure proper staffing levels.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and aptitude
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
