Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales visits to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Provide product information and conduct product demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other office software for creating reports and presentations
- Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to customers
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to healthcare professionals
- Leadership abilities to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members
- Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with customers
