OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Maintenance Technician ensures the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for production and support equipment within the warehouse environment. They manage a range of tasks, including maintenance of medication carts, fax machines, and other facility support equipment. The role involves interpreting schematics, diagrams, and verbal descriptions to conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. Additionally, the technician maintains documentation, manages spare parts inventory, and supports production equipment setup.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for production and support equipment.

Develop performance specifications and criteria for facilities and equipment to meet specific operational needs.

Maintain comprehensive documentation logs and records for all maintenance activities.

Manage inventory levels of spare parts for both production and support equipment.

Assist production staff in the setup and adjustment of production machinery.

Efficiently allocate time and resources to complete work orders within specified timelines.

Ensure accurate and detailed information is recorded on maintenance logs and work orders.

Regularly close and submit updated work orders every week.

Adhere to and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (HIPAA, FDA, DEA, OSHA, KY BOP, etc.).

Uphold employee code of conduct guidelines.

Coordinate the setup and programming of fax machines at long-term care facilities.

Oversee the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medication carts at long-term care facilities.

Perform any other duties assigned, which may vary depending on location.
QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required

Basic knowledge in mechanical trouble-shooting

Basic personal computer skills

Good time management skills; must be able to prioritize & multitask in fast-paced environment

Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Good interpersonal skills; maintain professional demeanor when visiting customer facilities

Able to work during inclement weather

Reliable

Good organization/Attention to detail

Must be able to work various shifts and days

Must have reliable transportation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY
We provide qualifying full-time employees with 23 PTO (Paid Time Off) days annually. PTO is used for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal leave.
Please note we are a long-term care pharmacy open 24 hours, 7 days a week. And schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
