Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with HMH curriculum
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including Physics, Biology, Geometry, and Chemistry
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles
- Manage classroom behavior and create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students
- Adhere to student accommodations listed in IEP/504 plans
- Update grade book on consistent basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Bachelor's degree in the subject matter field
- Proven experience working with high school students
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with learning technology tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
