As a Client Services Manager you’ll serve as the primary contact person and Wespath liaison to a mix of approximately 34 Plan Sponsors and Annual Conference customers with $4M+ AUM. You’ll help manage client relationships, administer benefit plans, and resolve escalated customer issues. This includes processing financial transactions, updating reports, and preparing and facilitating training to teach Plan Sponsors about our new benefit plans, systems, or system changes.
Being successful in this role includes:
- Having the flexibility to work as early as 8 am and as late as 6 pm CST Monday-Friday.

Having a high level of accuracy and results orientation, as well as the demonstrated ability to analyze situations and determine appropriate next steps.
Client Services Manager Compensation and Benefits Include:
- The compensation range for this position is $89,000-$99,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant’s qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.

4+ years of experience in retirement benefits administration and servicing client accounts.

Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex plan designs and administration systems.

Proficient verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills.

Intermediate Excel and basic PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.

Knowledge of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, 401(k) or 403(b) Pension, Welfare Plans and Health Plans.
