Senior Enterprise Account Manager

The Senior Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for guaranteeing that our
Enterprise Clients receive the highest quality service and an exceptional overall experience. They take charge of managing our customers' service journey, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed their expectations. As a valued member of this team, you will grasp the account strategy, understand the customer's security and business priorities, and promptly and effectively address, resolve, and support all customer issues.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of proposal development, common business structures and processes
- Experience with CRM utilization, preferably Salesforce.com
- Market and industry knowledge is preferred
- 2+ years of technical support experience within the technology industry is a plus
- 2+ years of client facing sales or services experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work within a demanding environment, delivering consistent results even under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to identify key customer stakeholders, engage and build relationships without direct supervision
- Ability to influence teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences and to explain the impact in business terms
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment with constant change

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new C-level executives,
Directors, managers, sales teams, and engage with all levels in an organization to add value
- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use an appropriate style to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Have a deep understanding of our client’s obstacles, challenges, and roadblocks.
- A proven process for uncovering potential client pain points and using that information to deliver value and close new business
- Must be skilled with all basic computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Suite). Prior
CRM or ERP experience preferred
- Understand and monitor the rapidly changing marketplace
- Assist with company and customer product and supply acquisitions
- Monitor shipments to ensure that the product arrives on time and agreed upon quality expectations are met

- Must meet minimum security requirements of Asset Recovery Department

- Effective skillset in prospecting, and relationship building
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with all Microsoft Office products
- Professional business acumen, strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Dexterity, repetitive physical motions, hand/wrist movements
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions
- May involve bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
- Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, and push carts, in the manner necessary to move materials and consistent with safety instructions.
