Job Requirements
- Provide top-tier customer service and product information in the Outdoor living department.

Become a product expertise in our grill and lawn and garden power equipment

Perform all tasks as assigned, including cashiering, stocking shelves, receiving merchandise, processing shipments and store stocking, store cleanliness, sales, and operating equipment.

Accurately and efficiently cash out the sale and schedule delivery and setup of the product

Maintain department orderliness and cleanliness utilizing established standards found in Assigned Sections.

Maintain inventory stock levels.

Work with management to create replenishment orders and customer special orders.

Use creative thinking to host events around the outdoor living department to facilitate growth in sales.

Solicit customers to open an Aubuchon Rewards card.
Work Experience
- Driven and highly motivated
-
2 or more years of retail sales experience
-
Positive mindset and demeanor
-
Comfortable with 1-1 in-person consumer sales with expertise in outdoor living categories.

Ability to be creative to drive sales of high-end big ticket items
-
Complete all vendor training on products we carry
-
Routinely bend, climb, and twist; the position requires the ability to retrieve, move, and stock product.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Strong customer service skills.

Must have the ability to process information and merchandise through a register system.
