Under the direction of the House Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing daily tasks to maintain the appearance, and good operating condition of the facilities that are assigned to him/her.

Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.

Minimum of 2 year of experience in general maintenance repair work including basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.

Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Performs general carpentry tasks in the repair or installation of doors, windows, shelving, cabinetry, and similar tasks.

Responsible for minor electrical and plumbing repairs and provides an assessment of the need for more significant repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Maintains a clean work environment. Clean areas and dispose of garbage in accordance with the facility schedule.

Reports on progress completing maintenance jobs that are assigned.

Completes all maintenance tasks in a professional manner, complying with all safety rules.

Maintains an up to date understanding of fire and safety regulations as applicable to his/her areas of responsibility.

Complete work orders.

Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.

Assist in inventory control.
-
Provide back up in emergency safety situations.

Perform other duties as related to the needs of the Clubhouse
