A small CPA firm is looking to bring on an administrative assistant direct hire. This individual will be handling basic office work - answering the phones, monitoring emails, setting up meetings, help0ing the partners and clients, etc. Someone who has worked in this setting before is a requirement as you will be helping with taxes occasionally! QuickBooks is mandatory for this role!
Job Description:
- Interface daily with clients via email and phone
- Gather client provided tax documentation
- Provide completed tax return to client via electronic or mail (scan and document)
- Invoicing and paying bills
- File electronic tax returns with IRS and verify status of return, including documentation
- Client onboarding processes
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing and other basic office work as needed
Requirements:
- QuickBooks and Basic Excel experience
- Administrative Assistant Experience
- Coming from a similar environment
- Invoicing and billing experience
