Premier Financial Group, a locally owned and operated Fiduciary Wealth Management firm, is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Specialist for their Eureka, CAoffice.
Premier’s Operations Specialist is responsible for collaborating across the entire team to manage client account activity, support and serve their colleagues, and ensure the continuous delivery of exceptional service.
The Operations Specialist is responsible for:
· Quarterly billing, submitting trades
· Money transactions (withdrawals and deposits)
· Monitoring data imports into our Portfolio Management System (PMS), annual rebalancing, and maintaining performance reports
· Fulfilling team requests and managing service-related issues with providers
· Participating in ongoing business development projects and meetings as needed
· Participating in all team meetings and attending training events
· Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisors and SEC
· Collaborating with advisors regarding client documentation
· Understanding of our investment approach
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional setting. Accounting or banking experience preferred
· High school diploma or GED is required, college degree in related field is preferred
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Adobe Suite proficiency preferred
· Ability to maintain continuous attention to detail
· Collaborate readily to effectively service the company, colleagues, and clients
· Ability to learn in-house programs and tools
· Reliable follow through on commitments
· Seeking stability and security, looking for long term employment
