We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Director to join us. Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a sales executive with demonstrated success in closing business aircraft deals.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the business aircraft product line.
- Network: Established network of industry contacts and potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and high-net-worth individuals.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a passion for exploring new opportunities.
- Sales Proficiency: Proficiency in navigating the aircraft sales and acquisition process from generating new opportunities to closing deals.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales Approach: Consultative sales approach with strong analytical and negotiating skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business aircraft sales and acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, potential clients, and existing customers.
- Engage with C-level executives and high-net-worth individuals to promote Talon Air’s services.
- Navigate the aircraft sales and acquisition process from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of communication with clients.
- Report directly to the President of Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions.
