Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Office Manager – (P/T)

Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome and direct all visitors to proper location or person.
- Answer, screen and forward phones calls with diligent follow-up and note-taking.
- Schedule and confirm all appointments and classes.
- Responsible for keeping accurate database of clients’ records.
- Demonstrated strong computer skills: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to use Excel spreadsheets. Airtable or related database experience a plus.
- Provide administrative assistance to Director and staff including data entry, preparing and editing routine correspondence, filing, taking minutes and other projects as assigned.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Oversee the ordering of office supplies and maintaining the professional appearance of common areas such as reception, kitchen, conference rooms, etc.
- Handling confidential documents.
- Social media account management – posting resources to LinkedIn, Facebook..etc
- Special projects and other duties assigned by Director.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years office support experience, college degree a plus.
- Demonstrated strong computer skills required: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Ability to operate a busy, multi-lined telephone system.
- Experience with social media.
- Airtable knowledge a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Someone who enjoys interacting with a wide range of people with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time, Mother’s hours (9AM-3PM), Mon-Thurs
