As a Facility Manager you are responsible for creating a suitable work environment, ensuring facilities are always clean and installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure, among other duties. Job Responsibilities
-
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on all NC facilities.

Manage all vendor contracts
-
Prepare cost estimates for moves and equipment
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Undertaking building and grounds maintenance
-
Assist in maintaining the functionality of store equipment, minor electrical and plumbing systems

Respond to emergencies
-
Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken

Comply with all safety procedures and requirements

Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required

Ability to travel up to 50% of your time
