- Bachelors’ degree
- 5+ years of Underwriting experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Controlled Master Programs and international casualty underwriting principles highly desirable
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills. Ability to establish trust and effective working relationships with team, field marketing and customer
- Superior communication (oral and written), interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Great technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet marketing skills are a plus

The pay range for the role is $71,500 to $115,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
