Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual guidance and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice care, mentoring, bereavement support, conflict management, public speaking, crisis intervention, and Christian counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Offer spiritual counseling and emotional support to patients, families, and staff members
- Conduct religious services, prayer sessions, and rituals as needed
- Provide bereavement support to individuals experiencing loss
- Mentor individuals seeking guidance on faith-related matters
- Assist in conflict resolution and mediation within the organization
- Educate on spiritual matters and provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Write articles or publications related to spiritual growth and well-being
Qualifications:
- Degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field
- Ordination or certification as a Chaplain preferred
- Proven experience in providing spiritual care and counseling
- Strong public speaking skills for leading services and addressing groups
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and beliefs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate nature with a deep understanding of human emotions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
