Account Manager (P&C Producer) (Hybrid WFH)
$60,000 to start plus 50% commission on new business and 40% on renewals
Training is in office / once training is complete, have a hybrid WFH schedule
As Account Manager. you will:
- Join an independent commercial insurance agency serving Chicagoland
- Be assigned a group of existing accounts
- Build relationships and trust with your assigned accounts
- Communicate by phone, email, video conference and through in-person consultation
- Identify and quality new business development opportunities
- Engage key decision makers
- Arrange and schedule appointments
- Tailor solutions that meet your client's unique needs
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products as appropriate
- Obtain quotes on behalf of customers
- Help customers with the policy selection process
- Onboard new customers
- Provide ongoing support to new and existing customers
- Have an in-house customer service team assist with customer service processes for existing accounts
- Facilitate policy renewal processes
- Make updates to customer account information
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- IL Insurance Producer's License
- 5 Years of P&C Insurance experience
With:
- Zoom experience
- Microsoft Teams experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Pluses:
- +++ Applied TAM experience
- +++ Life & Annuities Benefits License
