Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, hospitality, and food preparation. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate team members' tasks during shifts
- Assist and ensure quality standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate Aloha POS system for order processing
- Support restaurant management in daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or catering industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Willingness to help team members and provide guidance as needed
- Passion for coffee and the restaurant industry
